The Main House, The Victorian Wing and the Lena Hartness Wing. We

original Hartness mansion, built in 1904 offers 11 uniquely
decorated guestrooms that compliment the elegance of this historic
home. A dramatic three-story stairway leads to spacious,
individually appointed rooms, all of which differ in size, shape and
feeling.
The Main House now offers complimentary wireless-B high-speed Internet
access
for
our
guests.

Weekends include Friday, Saturday and holidays. Midweeks include non-holiday Sunday through Thursday.

wing, also known as the Carriage Wing, was added in 1970 and is decorated in a pleasing palette
of colors, offering modern day charm. There are two Superior, over-sized
rooms available, while the remaining rooms have a choice of either one queen or
two double beds. Excellent choice for families or groups. Located close to the Wedding garden, the Hartness Tea House, and the nature trails. Each room is individually decorated with country flair.

Double Occupancy $99.00 - $139.00
All rates include a full country breakfast for two. Rates are subject
to 9% Vermont tax and 6% service charge.

Hartness House offers the perfect setting for wedding receptions,
private parties, anniversaries, business meetings and seminars. Our
personalized service and professional staff will be happy to assist
you in your planning for intimate gatherings or conferences of 10 to 150 guests.

reservations are confirmed with a $100.00 deposit. Advance
payments and deposit amounts, less a $50 administrative fee,
are refundable if you cancel at least 7 days in advance of
the reservation arrival date. Cancellations within seven (7) days are
not refundable but may be applied towards another stay within 3 months
of the original arrival date.

accept all major credit cards. Each additional person in a room
is $15.00 per night. There is no charge for children under six (6) staying
with an adult. Cots and cribs are available.
Rates are subject to change without notice. Pets are permitted in specially
designated rooms with certain restrictions - call in advance for
details and availability.
